Yes, Bruno Mars is off the hook for his Las Vegas drug charge stemming from his arrest in September 2010. A judge dismissed the cocaine possession case against the singer yesterday. Bruno a.k.a. Peter Gene Hernandez completed 200 hours of community service and eight hours of drug counseling.

He also paid a US$2,000 fine and succeeded in staying out of trouble since his arrest. Because Bruno exceeded expectations (doing more community service than he needed to) and stuck to the plea deal, Judge Jessie Walsh says the charge will not show up on the pop star's record. So, it's almost like Bruno was never caught with 2.6 g of cocaine less than 18 months ago.
